Border Coast Regional Airport Authority hereby announces the Del Norte County Regional Airport Authority’s fiscal years 2015, 2016, 2017 overall goal of 5.24% (60% Race Neutral, 40% Race Conscious), for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) airport construction projects. The proposed goals and rationale is available for inspection between 8:00am and 12pm and 1:00pm and 4pm Monday through Friday at 150 Dale Rupert Road, Crescent City, CA 95531

Re: PenAir Selection by U.S. DOT, Essential Air Service at Crescent City
By Order 2015-3-14 dated 25 March 2015 the U.S. Department of Transportation has selected Peninsula Airways (PenAir) to provide Essential Air Service (EAS) at Crescent City, California (CEC) for the two year term beginning September 15, 2015, through September 30, 2017. PenAir will provide 14 nonstop round-trip flights (2 per day) to Portland International Airport (PDX) utilizing 30-seat Saab 340 aircraft. PenAir is a full code-share partner of Alaska Airlines.
